What second user automobile did I buy?
Vehicles, big for the bloke little for her

So I’ve had myself hunting about for some time now for some sensible used cars. I am wanting a big motor due to the fact my job demands a lot of highway journeys. The missus’s vehicle however just needs to be small although as we have a toddler she is pondering a car that's large yet little, does that even exist?
Where to first, of course the chat rooms was an easy location to gain ideas from. However chat rooms being chat rooms, members seem to either love a motor or hate it. Nothings middle ground it is either love or hate, and then it tends to be contradictory therefore I shied on. One can not ever get a straight response from some ones keyboard ego anyway, even more so when it’s about used cars. Then what? Simples, I just kept my sights fixed on what is out and about, what is popular, because I believe a majority can’t be wrong. When I spotted a vehicle I fancied I would then look on the web at auto sites with honest reviews. It aided a lot as you can learn quite a bit prior to tackling the dreaded used motor salesman.

After reducing the preowned motor choices down I was ready to visit the sales rooms. Its useful when you carry some knowledge about a motor as the traders realise you know what you’re talking about and they treat you with a little more respect and honesty. It puts you in a better position to sit in and take for a spin plenty of different models which is very important. So I finally made decision and bought, what did I decide on? I decided on Vauxhall, my final choice was between this make and Ford because the replacement part, servicing etc is standard practise for most garages and even me. The wife’s pre owned auto is a Mariva. This is a truly brilliant . It looks like a people carrier however it has the same floor dimensions as the Corsa which is a small automobile . Its foot print is literally the same other than it has a taller roof which increases the boot space. The doors are big and with this combined with the roof equates to getting children, groceries and me out is nice and simple.
As for my motor ? The Omega by Vauxhall, it is massive and comfortable for a modestly priced car. It has a generous engine yet on the journeys it is pretty economical so that is a full packaged winner for my needs. These are a fantastic business car with plenty of room around the driving position and all the fun gadgets to help that long journey become that little more enjoyable. Of course this is just one mans point of view however I’m sure it is worth something to someone, so If you do happen to be reading this I hope it helps you through all the used cars mazes that await you.
